If you love a flower, don’t pick it up. Because if you do, it dies and it ceases to be what you love. So, If you love a flower, let it be. Love is not about possession. Love is about appreciation. –OSHO–
It’s one of my favorite quotes ever, it reminds me of my rules of love and loyalty but today I am wondering about us who behave according to this golden priceless rule and always tend to appreciate the other partner, what about us guys? Why do we have to die a thousand times in love and remain loyal? Why do we have to be the good part of our relationships? Can’t you and I be selfish? Absolutely we can, yet we still choose to be merciful and considerate.
Today, I feel like I have to be selfish in love to be able to keep my walls up and never get hurt from those I love. Nonetheless, I BELIEVE God is just and can take revenge for me, so I’m just calling him to give me patience in love and enlighten me with wisdom.
